Kansas Council for Exceptional Children was well represented at the CEC National Convention in San Diego and Ryan Townley made us all proud as our Yes I Can national student award winner. All of the national winners were recognized and their lists of accomplishments were very impressive. The conference location and presentations were excellent and we are already looking forward to next year's national convention in St. Louis!
