Conference Registration Rates
We accept Purchase Orders, checks, cash and credit cards!  Those paying with personal checks are required to provide payment by November 1, 2017.

  • Group registrations are easy!  Select the number you are registering (50 max) and complete the form. A group invoice will be processed and emailed to the Billed Contact person.
  • Each person must be registered individually with their email address to ensure communication about conference events.  
  • You may register several people using one Purchase Order number.
  • You may pay by check, PO, cash, or credit card!
    • Credit Card uses will incur the processing fee as identified in the column
  • Each participant will receive an email confirmation and invoice upon successful registration.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify Carrie by email at before November 1 to receive a full refund. After November 1, KYCEC will refund 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after November 17. Substitutions are accepted and encouraged!

Conference Accessibility/ Special Accommodations

Special Accommodations will be available on request as indicated on your registration form.  Interpreting services will be provided as possible on request, for as many conference sessions as possible. If you request interpreting services, we will contact you to identify which workshop sessions you will attend. Interpreters will be assigned only to those workshop sessions for which a request has been made.

To ensure availability, please submit your request for all auxiliary aids no later than October 31st. We will endeavor to meet the needs of those making requests after November 1, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Reasonable Accommodation Requests Based on Disability:  As a sponsor, exhibitor, or registrant, if there is anything needed for a reasonable accommodation, please contact  We will acknowledge the request and respond regarding the need and accommodation being provided.

Environmental/Chemical Sensitivities:  For the safety and comfort of those with chemical and environmental sensitivities, please refrain from using any perfumed grooming products such as scented soaps, deodorants, perfumes, colognes, and heavily scented fabric softeners.

Special hotel rates are available at the Galt House until October 20, 2017. Rates in the SUITE and RIVUE Towers are $150 for a single/double room!  Overnight self-parking is complimentary

For registrants who drive in each day, the Galt House parking is $8.00 with a parking pass.  Please pick up your parking pass at the Conference Registration Desk!
