Our conference committee has been working hard all year with conference chair Amber Hathorn to bring you another wonderful professional development opportunity.
On the evening of Thursday, November 9th, there will be a President's Reception and awards ceremony that will be open to all conference attendees. We invite everyone to attend the reception which begins at 5:30 pm and to stay for the special awards ceremony which will follow. We encourage all members to nominate individuals and/or to apply for these awards and scholarships.
PACEC is honored to have Dr. Michelle White serving as our keynote speaker on Friday morning. Considering the theme of the 58th annual PACEC convention, What Keeps You up at Night?, her keynote will shed light on some important topics in the field of special education, one being inclusion.

New this year, we will have an extended opening session to allow for our CAN Coordinator, Dr. Janet Sloand, to give a brief overview of what is happening in legislature. During this time, we will also hold PA CEC Region Meetings.
