I am able to provide strategies with teachers who become motivated to take them back to the classroom and use them with kids. I know that there are thousands of teachers, administrators, parents and students out there who are struggling with doing co-teaching effectively and with understanding strategies for improving inclusive practices

Several years ago I worked with a 3rd grade teacher in a co-teaching situation...The model is very basic and straight forward. Do you and the teacher have common planning time or collaboration time?

I think if we ask any teacher, they would disagree that ‘we’ were doing nothing about it. Whatever else we might say about teachers, students, parents, politicians, or custodians, this is a problem: children cannot read
We need to keep it focused on TEACHERS & PRACTITIONERS, and not try to have CEC become a research-focused conference like AERA...But the way we are going, we are losing teachers and I think we need to be careful of this!
